One of the most popular uses for an LCD television is watching DVD's and so having a DVD player or recorder built into the LCD TV is a very useful feature. It saves you having to have a separate DVD player and so saves space and wiring and you will also only have to use one remote control for the DVD player and television which makes life easier and so a DVD combi LCD television is a great purchase.
Most of the LCD televisions that have a built in DVD player or recorder have a small DVD drive and maybe some simple buttons to control basic functions.
